When I first opened the pdf version, I read the following clauses that made me sit upright and take notice of the book. These included quotes from real life people who were grieving as they had recently lost something rather precious from their lives.

@ Cheap and Effective – Unlike several therapies available in the medical world to overcome grief that have a super-expensive price tag attached, this one is cost effective in approach. The price I paid for this guide was $17.95 only. Had I opted for therapy sessions, I would have had to shell out a couple of hundred dollars.
@ The 2 Month Refund Policy – I had the option of returning the eBook and seeking complete refund in case I disliked the product. It was covered under the 60 day full money back guarantee scheme.
@ Positive Results – I tried to use the techniques mentioned in the guide to overcome my grief and it worked. Although I could not completely forget the unfortunate incident, I did manage to get over most of it.

What are Most Common Types of Personal Grief that You May Suffer From?
There are various kinds or categories of grief that you may be suffering from. Usually, no one really has an idea about these grief sub-categories. Most people that are suffering from grief consider it to be a single entity. Nonetheless in reality, grief tends to start from a root and then it bifurcates into various sub-types.
Grief has to cross through various channels before it is accepted by your mind and body.
@ First, you deny the very fact that you are sad.
@ Then, you start to become furious as the denial mode does not emit positive results.
@ This is when your anger tends to jeopardize your normal life and you ache to get rid of it.
@ The only replacement for anger is when you barter your anger for something else. This method of course fails miserably.
@ When that happens, you start to feel rather sad. Stress and even depression overtakes your normal life and you try hard to replace it with something else.

The Day to Day Grief:
When you tend to get quite emotional about any incident that has had a traumatic impact on your mind but you seem in control then, it is a normal grief. The emotion may be heightened yet it is healthy in nature. Apparently, you are very close to coming to terms with the trauma. This grief may transform your behavior temporarily.
Grief that is Not Supported by Your Peers:
The second category of grief is one that has indeed shattered you mentally and physically. Ironically, the same grief has not made a dent in the persona of your peers. As it is in its last stage, you know very well that the person shall not survive. Your heart therefore grieves for the upcoming loss almost each and every day.
A Past Traumatic Event:
Over here, you are grief stricken owing to a past trauma. The explosive event has actually left you distraught. You are panic stricken whenever you recollect the event. It is quite possible that you may be suffering from panic attacks and anxiety attacks. When a past trauma is causing grief, you need to make sure that you address this issue by paying a visit to a certified therapist.

In this grief type, you tend to lose control over your actions. It so happens that you are unable to manage your emotions. Overall, I really liked the manner in which this book is written. It is simple, straightforward and to the point. There is no beating around the bush. I also liked its pricing structure. $18 is not much to pay and I did not feel the pinch while doing so.
Nonetheless, you need to take the final call on whether you would like to read this book or not. If you wish to overcome your grief, go for it but if you wish to continue grieving, never opt for it.
